McNairy County Agricultural Event Center — Guest Rules & Regulations
The McNairy County Agricultural Event Center is committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all guests. All guests shall remain respectful and courteous to Arena staff and must comply with directives from Arena staff regarding Arena policies, emergency response procedures, and behavior that impacts the event experience. The Arena reserves the right to eject any guest for any reason.
The McNairy County Arena is committed to the enjoyment of all guests. Designated ADA areas are available for seating and other event needs. Please visit our contact page for assistance.
Animals are not allowed in the Arena. An exception is made for leashed, harnessed, and housebroken service animals. The Arena reserves the right to exclude service animals that act in an "out of control" manner. If the service animal does not fit under your seat, a ticket must be purchased for the animal. Service animals and all affixed equipment are subject to screening upon entry.

For enhanced safety and speed of entry, guests are strongly discouraged from bringing bags to events. All fans are urged to arrive early and travel light. If a bag is necessary:

Banners and flags are prohibited from being hung or fastened anywhere in the Arena.
Permitted camera use varies by event. Small digital cameras may be permitted for certain events. The following are prohibited at all times:
Guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior at all times. The following are not permitted:
Violations may result in ejection without a ticket refund. Guests who fail to comply with state or federal law may be banned from future events.
Disruptive or disorderly guests should be reported to an usher or event staff immediately. Ejected guests must vacate Arena property immediately.

Trained medical personnel are on site for every ticketed Arena event and are available to all guests who need assistance.
All guests entering the Arena must be properly attired, including wearing shoes at all times. Guests displaying obscene, indecent, or inappropriate clothing are subject to management discretion and may be prohibited from entering or remaining at the Arena.
Guests who are visibly intoxicated may not be admitted into the Arena and are subject to ejection. If you observe an intoxicated guest, please contact an Arena security representative or a uniformed officer.
Items found before, during, or after an event should be turned in to Guest Services, then logged with security and kept for 14 calendar days. Unclaimed items may be donated to charity or disposed of at Arena management's discretion. The Arena is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
Lost children should be directed to the Box Office.

Guests found in possession of contraband items will be ejected and items may be confiscated.
The Arena has a strict no re-entry policy. Guests who need to exit and re-enter due to service animal needs or personal emergencies must first contact event staff at the main entrance to receive an exception.
Wand metal detectors are in place at all entrances. All individuals entering the Arena will be screened and all personal items will be subject to a security search. A valid ticket or credential is required for entry. Screening policies may vary by event.
Approved bags: Medical bags, parenting bags, and clear 12″×12″ bags will be permitted following screening. Backpacks of any kind are not permitted.
All guests are required to have a valid ticket and must sit in their assigned seat location. Aisleways must remain clear at all times. Prolonged standing when surrounding guests are seated is not permitted.
The Arena is a smoke-free facility. Smoking — including e-cigarettes and vaping devices — is not allowed inside the Arena. The designated smoking area is located outside of section 201.
Strollers are not permitted as they block aisleways. Children aged 2 and up require an individual ticket. Children 23 months and younger are considered lap children and must remain in the lap of an accompanying adult at all times. No seat will be provided without a separate purchased ticket.
Re-selling of tickets on Arena property is strictly prohibited. Violators must vacate Arena property and may be prosecuted.
